Now that the 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer has arrived at several Glover family dealerships, we thought it was high time we took a closer look at everything it has to offer. While we’ve already lifted some Grand Wagoneer L models, today we’re focusing solely on the entry level version of the vehicle — although, if we were able to lift the extended-length model, you can for sure look forward to customizing a base model too! All that said, we’re going to highlight what’s new for 2025 before diving into some general highlights of the full-size, luxury SUV’s specs & features.
What’s new for 2025?
Although the current iteration of the nameplate is only entering its fourth year on the lineup, Jeep has made several exciting upgrades to the vehicle for the 2025 model year. The biggest and undoubtedly most exciting update this year is that the High Output Hurricane Twin Turbo inline-six engine that rests beneath its hood has been fine tuned to boost its power output without sacrificing any fuel efficiency. Last year the engine generated 510 horsepower alongside 500 pound-feet of torque, and this year the engine generates 540 hp and 521 lb-ft. of torque, yet the fuel economy ratings remain identical.
The rest of what’s new this year comes in the form of many features and technologies now being standard across the board, plus one exception. Level 2+ hands-free Active Driving Assist is now available on the Series II Obsidian and Series III trim levels, whereas it was previously only available on the Series III. The following features are now standard in the 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer across the board:
- 10.25” front passenger display screen
- 22” aluminum wheels
- Drowsy Driver Detection
- Intersection Collision Assist
- Passenger seat memory function
- Traffic Sign Recognition
