When it comes to building your own custom lifted Jeep, it’s hard to find a better starting place than the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. If you really want to set yourself off on the right foot, then an Unlimited Rubicon 392 is the perfect choice, though that specific trim level received its Final Edition for the 2024 model year. Today we’re going back a little bit further, though, to an incredible 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 392 that features a bunch of fantastic aftermarket upgrades including from MetalCloak and Addictive Desert Designs, plus a set of 24” Fuel wheels to bring the whole thing together. Let’s dive into some of the highlights of this incredible used lifted Jeep that’s – as of this page’s creation – available right here at LiftedJeeps.com. Be sure to check out the video at the bottom for an even better look at the incredible vehicle.
Now, let’s dive into all of the incredible aftermarket upgrades that make this particular Wrangler 392 so special. First things first, you’re going to want to hear about the suspension system, right? After all, that’s what makes it a lifted Jeep, so what is this one equipped with? When Glover Customs built this vehicle back in 2022 we went with the MetalCloak 3.5-inch Game Changer suspension lift kit to give it a big boost in ground clearance and to help make room for the incredible 24-inch Fuel Flame-5 wheels, which were wrapped in 38” Nitto Trail Grappler tires. In addition, we went with Fox Reservoir shocks to further enhance the suspension system.
The lift kit wasn’t the only MetalCloak upgrade added to the Wrangler, though, as it also features skid plates, flippable rock rail steps and differential covers from the company. The differential covers were powder coated white to match the vehicle’s aesthetic, and as for the skid plates they cover both the exhaust and differentials. The vehicle also features steel fenders and inner fenders from Road Armor, with the exterior fenders being painted gloss white and the inner fenders being powder coated black.
Another big brand the vehicle features throughout is Addictive Desert Designs. The rear bumper and spare tire carrier are both crafted by the company, as is the Rock Fighter front bumper. Another ADD accessory is the fairlead tethered to the 10,000-pound Warn winch equipped on the front bumper, which also features Warn hyperlink shackles. Both bumpers and the tire carrier were painted gloss white to fit the vehicle’s theme.
As for lighting, Rigid Marine white pod lights can be found across both bumpers, as well as some Rigid Marine side shooters for extra spotlight capabilities. A third brake light was added to the wheel ring. But the coolest feature in terms of lighting has to be the GateKeeper Off-Road Knuckle lights, of which there is one attached inside the wheel on both sides of the vehicle. They turn with your wheels, shining light ahead even around turns.
One final feature we wanted to mention was the Hothead Headliners Powertop insulator included in the vehicle. All in all, this is an incredible build that we’re thrilled to be able to offer right here at LiftedJeeps.com. If you have any questions about the vehicle or what went into this build, don’t hesitate to give us a call here at the sales desk. We’d be happy to help in any way we can, and cannot wait to see someone in the driver’s seat.
